Late Shri Mahendra Kumar Doogar is the founder of DAFSL. With an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and foresight, he began to rewrite the rules of the game and marked his position in the industry. Advising start-ups to multinational companies on IPO, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, operations, post-merger integration, and strategy, he became a name to reckon with. He placed premium on innovation, project management and talent development, particularly in leadership roles.

He held positions of pre-eminence on various industry bodies, institutions and councils.

• Member of the SEBI Committee on “Corporate Governance” constituted by SEBI under the Chairmanship of Shri Narayan Murthy, Chairman of Infosys Technology Ltd.
• Served as Chairman Banking and Finance Committee, and Capital Market Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry .
• Chairman of Association of National Exchange Members (ANMI).
• Co Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce – Finance Committee.

Accorded with many prestigious awards like ‘UDYOG RATAN AWARD’ by Rotary Mid Town Economic Studies and “Outstanding Performance in Capital Market and Financial Market” by ‘Bharat Nirman’.
